Is the payment refundable?
Yes. We will refund 50% of the total agreed upon salary if the freelancer:
- fails to meet your deadline without a reasonable explanation unless agreed by you.
- makes significant errors which fail to achieve the objective of the project.
Cancellation Refund Policy:
You will receive a full refund if you cancel our service within 24 hours. Any cancellation after that will not be refunded. |
